What You Get When Signing Up To A Survey Site…

A survey site is a web site that has done a bunch of research on companies that offer  promotions, vacations, cash, and other prizes for filling out surveys and puts them all in once place. Basically what you are paying for is the database they created of all of this information in one place.

Most people don’t know that you can actually sign up for pretty much all of the same survey sites without paying.  In order to find all of the survey sites that are contained within a survey site membership, you would have to do days of research and searching.  What you are paying for is the research that has already been done for you, and access to the organized database that they have setup for the members.

Here is how it works, broken down into 5 steps:

• 1.  A person or company decides to start a survey site. They do research on all of the sites that offer promotions, vacations, cash, or other prizes in return for filling out their surveys.

• 2.  They list these sites in an organized database. They find out which of these sites offer the best prizes and cash, and usually order them from best to worst.

• 3.  They open up their site to customers. When a customer purchases a membership, they get access to the database of all the different companies that offer prizes or cash for completed surveys.

• 4.  The customer signs up for the survey sites that they want to sign up for. There are often a couple hundred different sites that they list, each offering different prizes and cash for completed surveys.  They have to sign up for each survey site individually, and can sign up for as many as they please.

• 5.  Once signed up, the customer will be sent surveys (usually via e-mail) which they fill out for cash and prizes. Often customers get mad because they are very rarely offered money, and when they are it is usually much less than promised.  Usually customers will simply be entered into a drawing to win a vacation or something for completed surveys.

Now there are two different kinds of survey sites that I refer to above, and I want to make sure that you understand each.  The first survey site is the site that charges for a membership.  They are the site that organizes all the “actual survey sites” into one place.  The “actual survey sites” are the ones who actually offer you the surveys, and reward you for filling them out.

The first survey site you pay for is basically a middle man, making the information easily accessible for you, and showing you which sites are the best to sign up for.

For most people, working with survey sites are not worth it.  As I mentioned above, most survey sites simply offer to enter you into drawings for vacations and prizes in return for filling out their surveys.

You have to really put in a lot of time to get to the point where you are actually getting cash for filling out surveys.  And there are much better ways to make money online, rather than putting all of that time into filling out surveys and maybe getting a chance to make money from them!
