It is a type of marketing tool having great dependency on planning and user satisfaction. A good planning and user satisfaction may lift the process to attain high success. Use of the dangerous words:
There are some blacklisted words that is commonly used by the spammers. These words include free, opportunity, lifetime, and deal. Another dangerous job is the use of “click here” or “click this link” as anchor text in links. These steps increase the risk of marking the mails as spam.
Sending too much mail:
Often the web masters send too many emails to their subscribers. Thus, it becomes disgusting to the subscribers. They do not read the mail, loose there temper and move it to trash or mark as spam. :

Insufficient user survey:
Without sufficient user survey, it is not possible to satisfy them. It is important to know what they actually want. Insufficient survey or no survey at all makes the marketing emails connectionless with the readers. A survey should be conducted periodically to get readers opinion and feedback and proper initiative should be taken to improve the content.
